Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate workshops with senior stakeholders to define capability requirements.
- Conduct competition benchmarking and analyze emerging retail trends.
- Perform gap analysis and support development of the business case and roadmap.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and successful delivery.
Key Skills:
- 4–7 years of experience in retail merchandising, business transformation, or analytics.
- Exposure to operating model design and capability assessment.
- Strong analytical, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in consulting or the retail industry preferred.
