Business Change Management Consultant

Vega is hiring a Business Change Management Consultant for our direct client in Reston VA. This is 6 month, W2, remote Contract opportunity.

The Business Change Management Consultant will be responsible for supporting corporate and client initiatives by incorporating the principles and practices of strategy and organizational change management as well as thought leadership to integrate organizational change management approaches. The selected candidate will works to enhance the overall capacity of the client and/or stakeholders mission and outcomes by delivering organizational change theories, tools, and techniques. As the Change Manager you will serving as a coach to PMs, product owners, task and technical leads.

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Experience in Business, Management, Project Management, Organizational Behavior, Organizational Leadership, Communications or related field Experience
• 5 years experience in a change management role.
• Must have a strong background in c in effort to shift mindsets and behaviors.
• Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships and foster collaboration., Advanced
• Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal., Advanced
• Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization., Advanced
• Knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools., Advanced
