Summary: The role of Business Architect focuses on supporting the Gas Platform Optimization program by leveraging extensive experience in the Retail Energy sector, particularly in Natural Gas. Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Gas Platform Optimization program as a Business Analyst.
- Participate in change management efforts and project management activities.
- Analyze ambiguous data and provide logical conclusions.
- Collaborate with IT, business teams, and leadership through effective communication.
- Manage workload and meet aggressive deadlines.
- Develop stories and acceptance criteria at various levels.
- Support QA testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Utilize Agile development methodologies and tools.
Key Skills:
- Deep knowledge of Retail Energy business, specifically Natural Gas.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst.

As part of the Gas Platform Optimization (GPO) program, we are looking to hire a few additional BA s to support our teams into 2027.
We are looking for someone with:
- Deep knowledge of Retail Energy business specifically Natural Gas experience with at least 5 years of relevant experience as a BA
- Strong project management experience and the ability to participate in change management efforts.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills, including the ability to analyze ambiguous data and draw logical conclusions.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with IT, business teams, and leadership.
- Proven ability to manage workload, meet aggressive deadlines, and drive decision-making in a dynamic environment.
- Practical experience with story development and acceptance criteria at the Epic, Feature, and detailed story level
- QA testing experience including support of UAT
- Experience with Agile development and tools including ADO and MS Tools
