Title: Business and Finance Engagement: Hourly contract (independent contractor) Location: Remote RATE: USD 50-90/Hour Role Overview We are hiring on behalf of one of our clients collaborating with a leading AI research organization on a large-scale AI training initiative focused on improving business reasoning, financial analysis, and strategic decision-making capabilities in advanced language models. We are seeking experienced Business and Finance Professionals to create and evaluate high-quality business- and finance-related prompts and responses. This is a multilingual opportunity. We are specifically seeking experts who are fluent and professionally active in one or more of the following languages: Japanese, Chinese, Korean, Spanish, Russian, German, Arabic, Thai, Tamil, or Hindi. Important: This role is not about translation ability alone. Candidates must have real-world professional experience operating within business and financial environments in their linguistic and cultural context including familiarity with: Local market structures and industry dynamics Financial reporting standards and accounting frameworks Regulatory environments and compliance norms Corporate governance practices Investment analysis and valuation methodologies Business communication conventions in the target language

Key Responsibilities Author realistic prompts spanning financial statement analysis, corporate strategy, valuation, investment analysis, accounting, macroeconomics, and market dynamics Review and refine AI-generated responses for numerical accuracy, conceptual rigor, clarity, and adherence to professional standards Write high-quality “gold standard” responses for complex or ambiguous financial and strategic scenarios Create controlled prompt variations testing differences in regulatory frameworks, market conditions, capital structures, or business models Evaluate outputs across varying lengths, tones, and instruction constraints Identify model failure cases such as calculation errors, flawed financial reasoning, misinterpretation of economic principles, or culturally inconsistent business assumptions Ideal Qualifications Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, or a closely related field At least 2 years of professional experience in business, finance, consulting, investment, banking, accounting, corporate strategy, or a related domain Active professional familiarity with business and financial practices within at least one of the specified language ecosystems Strong understanding of financial reporting standards, market conventions, and regulatory considerations within your linguistic and cultural context Excellent analytical and written communication skills in the target language Ability to work independently and exercise careful, well-reasoned editorial judgment Commitment Expected availability: 10–40 hours per week Fully remote with flexible scheduling Application Process Submit your resume outlining relevant experience Complete a short form detailing your specialization and language proficiency Qualified applicants will receive follow-up steps within a few days Contract & Payment Terms Engagement as an independent contractor Fully remote with flexible hours Projects may be extended, shortened, or concluded based on performance and business needs Weekly payments via Stripe or Wise based on services rendered Visa sponsorship is not available at this time APPLY NOW !
