Summary: The Business Analyst for the Workforce Management System (RFP) will play a crucial role in gathering requirements and facilitating the vendor selection process for a new system. Key Responsibilities:

Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support the requirements gathering and vendor selection process for a Workforce Management System (WFM). The BA will work closely with stakeholders across multiple business units and the Project Manager to consolidate requirements, prepare RFP documentation, and assist in vendor evaluations leading to final product selection and implementation (planned for 2026 2027).
