Job Overview
We are looking for a Business Analyst with experience in Process Automation and SAP. The candidate will work with business and technical teams to understand processes, identify automation opportunities, and document business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements.
- Analyze AS-IS and TO-BE processes.
- Identify manual and repetitive tasks for automation.
- Create process flows, BRDs, user stories, and functional requirements.
- Work with automation developers and SAP teams.
- Support RPA/Workflow Automation initiatives.
- Coordinate testing, UAT, and issue resolution.
- Identify opportunities to improve SAP-related business processes.
Required Skills
- 6+ years of Business Analyst experience.
- Process Automation / RPA / Workflow Automation experience.
- Experience with Power Automate, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or similar tools.
- Working knowledge of SAP business processes.
- Strong requirements gathering and process-mapping skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- EMEA working hours availability is mandatory.
