Summary: The role of Business Analyst focuses on coordinating survey distribution schedules, managing course evaluations, and ensuring data accuracy within a fully remote setting. Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate distribution schedules of surveys and manage the course evaluation process.
- Monitor response rates and ensure data accuracy.
- Manage survey platforms and maintain consistent processes across the college.
- Support the college's online Factbook and Graduate Placement report.
- Respond to additional survey opportunities as they arise.
- Maintain the survey schedule and initiate new survey or data reporting projects as applicable.
Key Skills:
- 2+ Years of Experience with creating and administering surveys and data reports; working in platforms such as Qualtrics, SmartEvals, SogoSurvey, Alchemer.
- 2+ Years of Experience with PBI or Tableau data visualization tools.
- 2+ Years of Experience with Pivot Tables in Excel.
- Experience with SQL or similar data-extraction methods (preferred).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently, accurately, and independently.
- Attention to detail in their work.
- Bachelor's Degree - field of study is open but the degree must be complete and verifiable.
