Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements related to MVNO/MVNE operations
  • Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to define solutions for OSS/BSS, provisioning, activation, and billing
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to elicit requirements and identify process improvements
  • Translate business needs into detailed user stories, use cases, process flows, and wireframes
  • Collaborate with QA and development teams to support test case development and user acceptance testing (UAT)
  • Monitor progress and communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders
  • Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and technical feasibility for mobile services
  • Provide post-implementation support and continuous process enhancement recommendations

We are seeking a highly analytical and experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in the Telecom domain, specifically in MVNO (Mobile Virtual Network Operator) and MVNE (Mobile Virtual Network Enabler) business models. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring the successful delivery of telecom-related solutions aligned with business goals.
