Summary: Experienced Business Analyst needed to support a Lead Business Analyst on a product expansion project. The role involves collaboration with engineering teams and focuses on software-focused analysis within an Agile environment. This position is fully remote and outside IR35, with a project duration of 12-18 months. Candidates should have a strong background in B2B SAAS solutions and Agile product delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams on functional and non-functional solutions.
- Coordinate with the solutions architect to shape projects, features, and solutions.
- Participate in the discovery phase for creative solution development.
- Manage the requirements backlog and ensure ‘definitions of ready’ are met.
- Create user journeys, wireframes, epics, user stories, and engineering tasks.
- Provide a clear view of requirements and changes across the product team.
- Drive best practice business analysis with the teams.
- Workshop non-functional requirements from the customer perspective.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience in software-focused business analysis.
- Experience working with multi-disciplinary technical development teams.
- Experience building B2B SAAS solutions.
- Agile product delivery experience.
- Exposure to A.I. tooling and development methods.

This is outside IR35, fully remote (UK only) and project likelihood is 12-18 months. You will work on:
- Work with the product and engineering teams on functional and non-functional solutions in a collaborative manner to solve problems in the most efficient way
- Co-ordinate with the solutions architect to shape projects, features and solutions
- Be involved in the discovery phase that enables creative solution development to meet customer requirements today and scale for future opportunities
- Manage the requirements backlog, planning collateral and ensure that the ‘definitions of ready’ are met
- Create user journeys, wireframes, epics, user stories and engineering tasks with the teams to ensure implementation details are clear.
- Collaborate across the product team to provide clear view of what requirements and change is being defined
- Drive best practice business analysis with the teams
- Workshop non-functional requirements from the customer perspective
