Summary: Our client, a large local government organization, is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support the development of KPIs for the SEND service and DMP dashboard. This role involves enhancing data collection processes and providing performance reports to aid management. The position is fully remote and initially offered as a 6-month contract, with potential for extension. The role is classified as outside IR35.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the finalization and prioritization of KPIs for the dashboard.
- Improve business systems and processes for data collection.
- Enhance data inputting and collection efficiency.
- Collaborate with the data team and Power BI developer on dashboard development.
- Assist the Head of Service in developing performance management for SEND managers.
- Provide DMP performance reports and analysis for relevant groups and boards.
- Support the use of reports and analysis for the SEND Service.
- Determine the JD/PS of a permanent SEND Business Analyst.
Key Skills:
- Experience as a Business Analyst, particularly in SEND projects.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with KPI development.
- Proficiency in data management and reporting tools, including Power BI.
- Ability to work collaboratively with various teams.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Our client is devising a set of KPI's for both the programme and the SEND service to allow us to monitor performance against the DMO mitigations
To enable the Head of service to better manage her service and resources.
These are now ready to develop further and we require an experienced SEND Business Analyst to support this development Support finalising and prioritising the KPI's for the dashboard. To determine or improve the business systems and processes we require to collect the data Improve data inputting and collection efficiency. Support the development of the SEND and DMP dashboard.
Support the development of the dashboard alongside the data team and the Power BI developer. Support the Head of Service with developing performance management for SEND managers and their teams. Provide DMP performance reports and analysis as and when required for the relevant groups and boards. Support the use of reports and analysis for the SEND Service. To determine the JD/PS of a permanent SEND BA.
