Requirements
- 5+ years of Business Analysis experience supporting Salesforce and nCino platforms
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and nCino banking/lending solutions
- Experience in eliciting business requirements through stakeholder interviews
- Experience with backlog management, user story refinement, and requirements documentation
- Experience in Agile environments supporting Scrum-based delivery teams
- Strong communication skills with business users, product teams, and leadership
Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements from cross-functional stakeholders
- Maintain and support Salesforce and nCino application-related processes and content
- Experience in refining requirements and preparing backlog items for delivery teams
- Experience with prioritization sessions to align business and project objectives
