First Point Group is recruiting for a Business Analyst (Salesforce) with 5 to 10 years of experience on behalf of an international telecoms company and technology-driven organisation. The successful candidate must have strong Salesforce platform experience, proven business analysis capability across system-led projects, and excellent stakeholder engagement skills. Particular Salesforce eperience of interest includes - Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Field Service, Experience Cloud, REST API etc. Predominantly remote working, this is a rolling inside IR35 contract and fantastic opportunity for someone that is immediately available and looking to get back into work as soon as possible, PLEASE NOTE – sponsorship cannot be provided. Candidates must live in the UK with valid rights to work.

Role Overview

The Business Analyst will be responsible for delivering business analysis activities across a defined sub-set of projects, with a strong focus on Salesforce-based solutions. The role ensures that business needs are thoroughly investigated, requirements are clearly defined and documented, and stakeholders are effectively engaged throughout the project lifecycle. Working as part of the systems development team, the Business Analyst will collaborate closely with Project Managers, Salesforce Administrators, and Developers, while engaging with both internal departments and external customers to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
