Business Analyst RPA

Summary: The Business Analyst (RPA) role involves identifying, assessing, and documenting automation opportunities within a consulting environment. The position requires strong analytical and communication skills to facilitate workshops and collaborate with stakeholders. The role is primarily remote with some travel to client sites as needed. The contract duration is for 6 months, and the position is umbrella only.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for identifying, assessing and documenting automation opportunities.
• Reporting of key force / automation benefits and maintaining process documentation.

• Ability to clearly document processes and benefits.
• Strong communication skills for walkthroughs, workshops, and upskilling.
• Ability to collaborate well with stakeholders and team members.
• Understanding of RPA concepts and tools for automation identification and documentation.
• Ability to lead in discovery workshops and deliver in cross-functional team settings.
• Proven track record of detailed process design and definition, preferably for RPA.
• Excellent analytical skills, with a focus on requirement gathering and process automation documentation.
• Knowledge of Robotic Process Automation technology e.g. Blue Prism, UiPath.
