Business Analyst - Process Mapping

Summary: The Business Analyst - Process Mapping role involves supporting cross-functional teams in mapping business processes and documenting requirements for a 6-month contract. The position is remote with occasional travel to London or Peterborough. The successful candidate will utilize strong communication and stakeholder management skills to facilitate collaboration across various business units. This role is classified as inside IR35.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business teams to map current and future-state processes using tools like Miro.
• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements through internal meetings and workshops.
• Develop clear and concise documentation, including process flows, business requirements, and user guides.
• Support tool and technology selection by researching options, evaluating requirements fit, and contributing to decision-making.
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding across departments.
• Maintain and update documentation as processes and tools evolve.

Key Skills:

• 2 - 4 years of experience in a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with proven stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience creating process maps and workflows using tools like Miro (or similar).
• Ability to quickly understand complex processes and convey them clearly.
