Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead process mapping and process design activities across multiple workstreams
  • Produce high-quality documentation, including process flows and business requirements
  • Facilitate and lead design workshops with stakeholders
  • Engage and manage stakeholders across various internal business units
  • Confidently challenge and influence senior or difficult stakeholders
  • Support the ongoing RFI process for a new benefits platform
  • Liaise with third-party providers where required (no direct external client work)
  • Work autonomously and bring your own Business Analysis toolkit and methodologies

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst - Process Design to support a group-wide transformation programme. This role will play a key part in process design and improvement activities, particularly within an HR-focused environment.

This is primarily a remote position, with occasional travel to London for design workshops when required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead process mapping and process design activities across multiple workstreams

  • Produce high-quality documentation, including process flows and business requirements

  • Facilitate and lead design workshops with stakeholders
