Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand current-state processes, identify gaps, pain points, and improvement opportunities.
- Lead requirements gathering, process analysis, gap analysis, and feasibility assessments.
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements and recommendations.
- Support project intake, scoping, prioritization, and roadmap discussions based on business value and impact.
- Create and maintain business documentation including requirements, process flows, user stories, test cases, UAT documentation, user guides, and training materials.
- Collaborate with business, product, development, and QA teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Independently learn new processes, systems, and business domains with minimal direction.
- Support data analysis, reporting, and business insights to drive decision-making.
