Start date: ASAPLocation: RemoteContract: up to 4 monthsThis is an exciting opportunity to work with our client as a Business Analyst.You will work directly with the EMEA Payroll Director to deliver specific and focused tasks within the HR Payroll discipline. A truly diverse role that will give you exposure to all things people, systems, and payroll, with a key focus on controls and efficiencies. You will work closely with our teams across EMEA, collating, analysing, and presenting your findings to the EMEA Payroll Director.Key Responsibilities Consult with key stakeholders across the EMEA region, to accurately capture specific payroll processes and controls, within that country s current ways of working. Identify ways to improve efficiencies across processes and controls, ensuring compliance and legislative requirements are met. Document and analyse key findings, such as process flaws, control failures and gaps, potential risk areas and any additional areas of improvements. Present findings in a clear, concise, focused, but easy to understand way.Qualifications + Skills Strong Business Analyst skills, ideally across HR, compliance and payroll services, within both outsourcing & in-house environments. Experience within the EMEA region is a must have. Excellent attention to detail, with a tenacious approach and a passion for problem solving. Strong analytical skills with the ability to create effective visual presentations and detailed reports as required. Ability to work autonomously and use your own initiative. Excellent communication and listening skills, with the ability to work with colleagues across all levels of the business.
