Summary: Our global client is looking for an experienced Business Analyst specializing in Order to Cash (O2C) to contribute to a significant global transformation initiative. The role involves shaping and implementing standardized business processes across various functions, including Finance and Supply Chain, as part of a multi-year ERP platform implementation. This position offers the chance to play a key role in modernizing the enterprise operating model while working remotely with occasional travel. The role is classified as outside IR35.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define, document, and optimise end to end processes across key business functions.
  • Run workshops with business stakeholders to capture requirements and pain points.
  • Produce process maps, SOPs, and documentation using tools such as Signavio, ARIS, or Visio.
  • Act as a subject matter expert during ERP implementation and deployment.
  • Support testing, data migration, training, and change adoption activities.
  • Drive continuous improvement post-go live, maintaining process documentation and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with global teams to ensure processes are aligned, embedded, and adopted.

Key Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proven experience in process analysis, design, or improvement within transformation or ERP programmes.
  • Good understanding of end to end business processes in areas such as Finance, Procurement or Supply Chain.
  • Confident communicator who can influence and collaborate across global teams.
  • Self starter with strong planning and organisational skills.
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Cloud, Dynamics 365, or Lean/Six Sigma (desirable).

Our global client is seeking an experience Business Analyst with experience in O2C to Join a major global transformation initiative. Helping to shape, design, and implement standardised business processes across Finance, Supply Chain, HR, and Technology. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in a multi?year programme implementing a new global ERP platform and modernising the enterprise operating model.

This is a fully remote role, with ocassional travel to client sites and Outside IR35.
