Key Responsibilities:

• Perform advanced business analysis for technology projects related to the Mainframe Transformation Program.
• Gather, develop, and document requirements using multiple methods.
• Review and assess business processes and create user acceptance testing documentation.
• Analyze and document the implementation of inter-related projects, including SaaS and COTS applications.
• Ensure deliverables meet established quality standards and business analysis methodologies.
• Facilitate interactive sessions with business and cross-functional teams.
• Assess Production Support issues and document necessary corrections.
• Guide Business and Functional Units in user acceptance testing and implementation activities.
• Maintain understanding of key business drivers and assist clients in problem-solving.
• Lead change and design efficient processes within multifaceted teams.
