Job description

Supports the review and refinement of business requirements, workflows, and operational processes to ensure alignment with the already-completed OCM/BPR deliverables, updated system capabilities, and user readiness considerations.

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum four (4) years of experience supporting Medicaid operations or consulting for a Medicaid program.
• Ability to map workflows, identify gaps, validate alignment with system functionality, and support requirement traceability.
• Experience coordinating with technical and functional teams, and updating requirements based on vendor documentation.
