Minimum Requirements

• 4 years IT business analyst road TMS experience
• 1 year SAP FTM experience
• 2 years of TMS integration experience
• Proven ability to work with cross-matrixed teams
• All work to be completed in the CST time zone
• Excellent communication, organization and thought delivery skills
• Self-Starter; proven ability to balance self-guided exploration with intelligent questions and team leverage
• Efficient time manager
• Strong collaboration skills

Nice to Have

• SAP TM experience
• Mastery Mastermind deployment / support experience
• Snowflake Integration experience

Specific duties include

• Apply an understanding of business needs/requirements and translate that understanding into a form that leads to the creation and/or composition of better process and/or technology solutions in the TMS / OBC space, always aligned with the Global template;
• Work with team members to guide business customers through business case development for new applications/functionality, including cost/benefit analysis and risk/impact analysis;
• Support the Mastery/TM 3rd party carrier payment integration, reviewing ticket backlog, prioritizing issues and working them to resolution;
• Participate with the team to perform analysis to gather requirements for deployment to additional CHS product lines
• Provide test plans, test cases, perform functional testing and assure proper user acceptance testing for owned (partially owned or in full) objects.
• Support, test, and enhance simple to moderately complex information systems and work with senior team members to develop adequate error management functionality within assigned applications
• Maintain detailed documentation
• Provide new user training on supported applications, as requested
• Maintain and promote a strong safety culture and follow all safety policies, procedures and regulations, and identify and communicate workplace hazards and correct or seek assistance in correcting unsafe actions or conditions
• Participate in testing for unit tests and integration tests
• Cutover and hyper care support
