Summary: The Business Analyst role focuses on supporting a major digital transformation program within a growing insurance business. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead business analysis activities across digital transformation and change programmes
  • Gather, analyse, and document business and system requirements
  • Work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and third parties to deliver effective change solutions
  • Assess impacts across systems, processes, data, and customer journeys arising from rebrand and transformation activity
  • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions to drive alignment and decision-making
  • Produce clear documentation including process maps, requirements, impact assessments, and data mappings
  • Support testing, validation, and implementation activities to ensure successful delivery
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities for process and operational improvement

Spencer Rose has partnered with growing insurance business undertaking a major digital transformation programme, including a rebrand and associated systems change initiatives. We are seeking 2 x Business Analysts to support the delivery of business-critical change across technology, operations, and customer journeys.

This role is ideal for a hands-on BA with strong insurance experience, excellent stakeholder engagement skills, and a proven background delivering complex business and systems change within regulated environments.
