Summary: The Business Analyst role focuses on supporting a major digital transformation program within a growing insurance business. The position requires hands-on experience in business analysis, particularly in the insurance sector, with a strong emphasis on stakeholder engagement and delivering complex change initiatives. The role is remote with occasional travel to London and is outside IR35. Two Business Analysts are sought to facilitate critical changes across technology, operations, and customer journeys.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead business analysis activities across digital transformation and change programmes
- Gather, analyse, and document business and system requirements
- Work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and third parties to deliver effective change solutions
- Assess impacts across systems, processes, data, and customer journeys arising from rebrand and transformation activity
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions to drive alignment and decision-making
- Produce clear documentation including process maps, requirements, impact assessments, and data mappings
- Support testing, validation, and implementation activities to ensure successful delivery
- Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities for process and operational improvement
Key Skills:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst delivering business and systems change
- Strong background working within insurance or financial services
- Experience supporting digital transformation programmes and organisational change
- Ability to work effectively with both business and technical stakeholders
- Strong requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capability
- Self-sufficient and comfortable working in a predominantly remote environment

We are seeking 2 x Business Analysts to support the delivery of business-critical change across technology, operations, and customer journeys.
This role is ideal for a hands-on BA with strong insurance experience, excellent stakeholder engagement skills, and a proven background delivering complex business and systems change within regulated environments.
Key Responsibilities
