Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with stakeholders to analyze business processes, gather requirements, and recommend solutions that increase efficiency and improve the user experience.
  • Support production environments by investigating and resolving application issues, with approximately 10 percent of tickets requiring in depth analysis.
  • Contribute to ongoing initiatives, including upgrades to document management systems, implementation of decision based workflows, and SharePoint integration projects.
  • Provide change management leadership and deliver user training for system enhancements.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams, acting as both a technical advisor and a user advocate.
  • Stay current on industry standards, business analysis best practices, and document management trends.

Key Skills:

  • Five or more years of experience in business analysis and project management.
  • Strong production support experience with a proven ability to resolve user issues.
  • Hands on experience with document management platforms preferred, particularly OnBase.
  • Demonstrated ability to work directly with users, including front line staff who support external customers.
  • Experience creating Visio diagrams.
  • Experience working on API integration projects.
  • Experience querying data sources using SQL in a SQL Server environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset, with a natural curiosity and proactive approach to problem solving.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, computer science, engineering, economics, or a related field preferred.
  • Insurance industry experience, including Guidewire or workers compensation, is a plus but not required.

You will serve as a bridge between application behavior and user experience, ensuring smooth functionality while driving process improvements.

What You Will Do
