Summary: Talent Groups is seeking a Business Analyst to support a client’s Document Solutions team, focusing on enhancing user experience and resolving application issues. The ideal candidate will have a collaborative mindset and experience with document management systems. This role involves analyzing business processes, supporting production environments, and leading change management initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with stakeholders to analyze business processes, gather requirements, and recommend solutions that increase efficiency and improve the user experience.
- Support production environments by investigating and resolving application issues, with approximately 10 percent of tickets requiring in depth analysis.
- Contribute to ongoing initiatives, including upgrades to document management systems, implementation of decision based workflows, and SharePoint integration projects.
- Provide change management leadership and deliver user training for system enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams, acting as both a technical advisor and a user advocate.
- Stay current on industry standards, business analysis best practices, and document management trends.
Key Skills:
- Five or more years of experience in business analysis and project management.
- Strong production support experience with a proven ability to resolve user issues.
- Hands on experience with document management platforms preferred, particularly OnBase.
- Demonstrated ability to work directly with users, including front line staff who support external customers.
- Experience creating Visio diagrams.
- Experience working on API integration projects.
- Experience querying data sources using SQL in a SQL Server environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset, with a natural curiosity and proactive approach to problem solving.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, computer science, engineering, economics, or a related field preferred.
- Insurance industry experience, including Guidewire or workers compensation, is a plus but not required.
