  • Conduct gap analysis, impact/risk assessments, and UAT.
  • Ensure compliance with SEC, MSRB, IRS, and GAAP standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, IT, and external vendors.

Key Skills:

  • Knowledge of US Government & Private Bonds, lifecycle, and accounting (amortization, accruals, recognition).
  • Experience with financial platforms (Bloomberg AIM, Murex, Calypso, Broadridge, Aladdin, etc.).
  • Strong BA skills: requirements gathering, BRDs/FRDs, process mapping, UAT.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Visio/Lucidchart, SQL.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management.

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with expertise in fixed income, bond accounting, and financial systems transformation. You will bridge business needs, technology, and vendors to deliver solutions across bond issuance, transfer agency operations, and accounting workflows.
