Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business processes, systems, and data to identify improvement opportunities and support decision-making.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define business needs, and translate them into functional specifications.
- Create high-quality PowerPoint presentations to communicate findings, project updates, and strategic recommendations to leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Support project planning, documentation, and reporting activities across various business functions.

Key Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in a business analyst or systems analyst role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and other Office tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Experience with business process modeling, data visualization, or project management tools is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
