We are an approved vendor on contract to provide software development and IT staff augmentation services for the States of Illinois, Michigan, Minnesota, Iowa, and Wisconsin. We also provide these services to businesses, as well as local and county governments, in the Midwest and nationwide.
Our client is seeking an experienced, high-energy Business Analyst for initiatives within client s project portfolio. Responsibilities will be to assist with optimizing use of ERP modules (Cash Management, including Bank Reconciliation) and other selected initiatives to improve end user productivity in Finance and Supply Chain.
Tasks
- Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business processes as it relates to the system and user needs.

Skills Required:
- 5+ years - Experience with SalesForce Business Analysis or related area. MUST HAVE SALESFORCE BA EXPERIENCE
- Experience / understanding of business processes and process mapping: Able to document the processes and process mapping in a format that is understanding by both business line stakeholders and by technical architects.
- Experience / ability to present the functional systems for the project in a way that a business stakeholder can understand, especially when the stakeholder does not understand the system functionality well.
- Owns and manages all scope items. Drives through each requirement to ensure the technical teams understand them, are able to estimate against them, and can successfully deliver against them.
- Experience / ability to develop, document and communicate effective business requirements with traceability to test cases.
- Experience with identifying solutions to business problems using process reengineering and technology.
Skills Desired A plus to have:
- 2 years - Previous government experience
- Experience with Jira software
- Experience with Salesforce Public Sector product suite
- Experience with Lawson or Infor CloudSuite
- Six Sigma, Lean or Equivalent Process Reengineering Certification
- Bachelor s Degree in Information Technology with a strong Accounting emphasis, and solid experience with business applications. (Please include on Resume)
