Key Skills:

Kforce has a client in Birmingham, AL that is seeking a Business Analyst to support the R2 Core Modernization project on their Platform Services - Sales and Service team. This is a functional analyst role that requires experience in banking, agile environments, and strong logical thinking. The analyst will work across two web-based applications, helping with requirements documentation, acceptance criteria, test case creation, and light testing within Azure DevOps (ADO).
Key Responsibilities:
* Business Analyst will collaborate with Product Owners to document business requirements and acceptance criteria in Azure DevOps
* Assist in creating user stories and organizing them on Kanban boards in ADO
* Support light QA efforts including test case writing and execution
* Participate in daily standups and team syncs (9:00 AM & 9:30 AM CST)
* As a Business Analyst, you will help interpret system behavior by reading basic system logs
* Work flexibly across both key applications: TransACT and Sales & Service

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
