The Role
Analyse the current state of a business being divested and its integration within the wider organisation
Identify critical dependencies between the divested business and the parent entity
Determine requirements for the business to operate independently post-separation
Engage with diverse stakeholders across Finance, HR, Sales, Operations, Legal, IT, and Data
Document current-state and future-state processes, requirements, and gaps
Support the definition of the future-state standalone business environment
What You'll Need
Strong experience as a Business Analyst within complex transformation programmes
Proven background in divestment, business separation, carve-out programmes, or M&A with a focus on separation
Ability to understand a business holistically, beyond specific systems or functions
Experience working across multiple business functions (Finance, HR, Sales, Operations, Legal, IT, Data)
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to challenge assumptions
Experience operating within global organizations, with exposure to European and US environments
