Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead process mapping across the SaaS renewals life cycle
  • Identify pain points, inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation
  • Work with stakeholders across commercial, finance, and technology to gather requirements
  • Document future-state workflows, business rules, and success measures
  • Support the definition and validation of CRM data flows and tooling requirements
  • Help shape reporting frameworks and success metrics
  • Feed into workshops, change plans, and operational handovers

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst within a SaaS, software subscription, or renewals environment
  • Strong process mapping and documentation skills (eg BPMN, swimlanes, use cases)
  • Confident gathering requirements and engaging stakeholders across multiple teams
  • Knowledge of commercial systems (eg Salesforce or similar CRM platforms)
  • Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and bring clarity to complex issues

Business Analyst - SaaS Renewals Transformation

6-Month Contract | Outside IR35 | Remote with Occasional Travel
Start Date: ASAP. £400-£500pd

We're delivering a key commercial transformation for a leading global SaaS provider, focused on overhauling how software renewals are managed across their subscription customer base.

To support this programme, we're looking for a Business Analyst with strong experience in SaaS, software subscriptions, or recurring revenue environments. You'll play a critical role in shaping future-state processes, enabling automation, and ensuring data alignment across commercial systems.

The Mission

The business is on a journey to reduce churn, drive renewal performance, and bring more automation and rigour to its SaaS renewal operations. You'll work as part of a specialist team (alongside a project manager and subject matter experts from bedigital) to map out the as-is landscape and help design a smarter, data-driven approach to renewals.
