- Support the definition and validation of CRM data flows and tooling requirements

We're delivering a key commercial transformation for a leading global SaaS provider, focused on overhauling how software renewals are managed across their subscription customer base.
To support this programme, we're looking for a Business Analyst with strong experience in SaaS, software subscriptions, or recurring revenue environments. You'll play a critical role in shaping future-state processes, enabling automation, and ensuring data alignment across commercial systems.
The Mission
The business is on a journey to reduce churn, drive renewal performance, and bring more automation and rigour to its SaaS renewal operations. You'll work as part of a specialist team (alongside a project manager and subject matter experts from bedigital) to map out the as-is landscape and help design a smarter, data-driven approach to renewals.
