Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business processes, organizational objectives, and operational requirements
- Gather and document business and system requirements from stakeholders
- Identify work problems and recommend process improvement solutions
- Support management, organizational, and business improvement initiatives
- Conduct assessments using performance measures, benchmarking, and management standards
- Assist with program audits, policy development, and strategic planning activities
- Identify, collect, and manage Electronic Stored Information (ESI)
- Process and convert electronic data across multiple eDiscovery platforms
- Perform advanced file manipulations, data conversions, and scripting activities
- Create and manage user accounts within eDiscovery applications
- Configure and support eDiscovery software and legal technology tools
- Develop scripts, queries, and automated workflows to improve system efficiencies
- Produce, validate, and deliver electronic data and reports
- Create documentation, procedures, and operational reports
- Ensure compliance with reporting requirements and data management standards
