Roles & Responsibilities
- Requirement gathering and business analysis support for the new AI-focused initiatives.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for AI, Generative AI, and automation initiatives.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, process maps, and acceptance criteria for AI solution development teams.
- Evaluate business processes and identify areas where AI, machine learning, predictive analytics, or intelligent automation can deliver measurable value.
- Perform feasibility assessments, business impact analysis, cost-benefit analysis, and ROI estimation for AI initiatives.
