Summary: The Business Analyst role involves supporting a consultancy client by managing and delivering multiple data projects, requiring strong business analysis, data profiling, and stakeholder management skills. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and deliver 2-3 internal and/or client-facing data projects simultaneously
- Liaise directly with clients to gather requirements, document use cases, and map processes
- Work hands-on with new data sets - profiling and documenting data transformation requirements
- Create clear and precise documentation to support an India-based development team
- Collaborate with project stakeholders, developers, and senior business partners
- Support successful project delivery through clear communication and proactive issue resolution
Key Skills:
- Strong experience in business analysis across digital and data-driven projects
- Hands-on skills in: SQL (for querying)
- Power BI (visualization and reporting)
- Data modelling concepts - logical models, normalization, data cleansing (descriptive, not technical)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

The ideal candidate will have a strong mix of business analysis experience, data profiling expertise, and stakeholder management skills. You will need experience working on customer journeys or digital projects.
