A Marketing Agency is implementing a compliance framework to align with the EU AI Act . The Business Analyst will not focus on AI technology itself but will ensure process governance for its business usage. This involves designing a strategic solution for a combined inventory of all products, ensuring uniform assessment processes and senior management oversight.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop processes to identify, capture, and log high-risk AI use cases.
  • Define, operationalize, and document process governance in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Design a strategic solution to consolidate AI and non-AI product inventories.
