Freelance Business Analyst
Location: Hasselt, Belgium

I have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst to join a healthcare project in Hasselt. This is a full-time, temporary freelance position where you will work closely with stakeholders to analyse, improve, and optimise business processes, while contributing to the implementation of digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth process analysis with end-users and stakeholders


• Map out as-is and to-be processes


• Propose optimisation s based on trends and analysis


• Translate business needs into clear requirements


• Assist in selecting ICT solutions while considering legal frameworks (e.g., GDPR)


• Contribute to client discussions and demos

Who we re looking for:

• Bachelor s degree in IT, economics, or related field (or equivalent experience)


• Strong analytical skills and experience in process modelling tools (preferred)


• Fluent in Dutch and English


• Experience in the healthcare sector is a plus


• Independent, flexible, and effective communicator
