Summary: The role of Business Analyst/Consultant involves supporting a major Commercial Insurance client in mapping, redesigning, and creating process blueprints for key insurance functions across multiple countries. Candidates must possess experience in Insurance, particularly in areas such as Underwriting, Policy Administration, Claims, or ReInsurance, and be fluent in English plus one additional language. The position is fully remote and outside IR35, with an initial engagement of four weeks and a high likelihood of extension. Successful candidates will also have the opportunity to contribute to future phases involving digital and automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive process mapping, analysis, and re-design for underwriting, policy administration, claims, and reinsurance functions.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand current processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements that align with best practices in the insurance industry.
• Develop detailed process blueprints that document redesigned workflows, key process steps, and performance metrics.
• Work alongside a multi-country team to provide insights and recommendations tailored to each market's regulatory and business environment.
• Facilitate workshops and discussions in Italian, German, French, or Spanish as required to gather requirements and ensure stakeholder alignment.
