Are you a process-driven Business Analyst with a sharp eye for detail and the confidence to challenge the status quo? We are looking for a methodical professional to lead process standardisation and gap analysis for a major industry player. You will bridge the gap between operational excellence and internal audit, ensuring high-stakes construction projects are backed by world-class documentation and governance.

The Role

  • Document, review, and standardise end-to-end business processes using tools like Microsoft Visio or Lucidchart to ensure consistency across multiple regional departments.
  • Lead comprehensive gap analysis between current operational practices and required internal audit/governance standards to mitigate risk.
  • Facilitate high-impact stakeholder workshops and requirement-gathering sessions, translating complex site operations into structured process libraries.
  • Partner closely with Internal Audit and Compliance teams to ensure all process improvements meet strict regulatory and control frameworks.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying bottlenecks in the construction lifecycle and proposing data-backed optimisation strategies.

  • Advanced proficiency in process documentation tools (Visio, Signavio, or similar) and the ability to build process libraries from the ground up.
  • A highly structured, analytical mindset with the ability to navigate varying levels of documentation maturity across business units.
