Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and organize business requirements into user stories and epics, generating acceptance criteria and leading refinement sessions.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners to prioritize backlogs and manage project timelines, communicating risks and dependencies effectively.
  • Document meeting minutes, key decisions, and maintain ongoing communication with stakeholders to gather and clarify business needs aligned with project objectives.
  • Design future-state business processes and workflows utilizing industry-standard modeling tools such as Visio, Mural, or Lucidchart.
  • Review test scenarios with the development team, ensuring all impact points are considered, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Track and manage stories and epics through the entire project lifecycle, ensuring timely closure and delivery of project milestones.
  • Conduct data analysis to identify business problems and opportunities, providing actionable insights.
  • Evaluate and document potential risks and impacts of proposed solutions, offering ongoing support and maintenance for implemented systems.
  • Work closely with development teams to resolve production issues and enhance customer satisfaction through effective follow-up and communication.
  • Create technical stories and enablers, maintaining compliance with project delivery mechanisms and regulatory requirements.

Key Skills:

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in business analysis, product management, or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
  • Proven ability to document requirements clearly and effectively in both technical and non-technical contexts.
  • Proficiency with requirement management tools such as JIRA and Confluence, along with modeling tools like Visio, Mural, or Lucidchart.
  • Exceptional analytical, conceptual thinking, and problem-solving skills.
