Summary: An experienced Business Analyst is sought for a 3-6 month contract to support a high-profile client's evaluation and selection of new Finance and HR technology as part of a transformation programme. The role involves defining business requirements, mapping processes, and aiding the RFP process for vendor selection. The successful candidate will also support data migration, UAT, and the go-live of the new SaaS solution. This position requires strong stakeholder management and experience in HR/HCM workstreams within complex environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and recommend key business requirements for Finance and HR systems.
  • Map core processes across Finance and HR workstreams.
  • Produce documentation to support the RFP process for vendor selection.
  • Support data migration, UAT, cutover, business readiness, and go-live of the new Finance and HR SaaS solution.
  • Collaborate with the wider programme team and manage stakeholder relationships.

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst on HR/HCM workstreams.
  • Experience with ERP, Finance Systems, and HCM implementation projects, preferably SaaS or cloud-based.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage technology change programmes.
  • Effective team player with relationship-building capabilities at all business levels.

Salary (Rate): 550
