• Translate requirements into functional specifications for IT and development teams.
• Conduct gap analysis and propose process improvements in claims, EMR/EHR, patient data, or payer/provider systems.
• Support implementation of healthcare applications, ensuring HIPAA and regulatory compliance.
• Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and test cases for system enhancements.
• Facilitate workshops, requirement sessions, and stakeholder communications.
• Monitor KPIs and prepare reports to track project success and operational efficiency.

Key Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in healthcare IT or payer/provider environments.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare processes (claims, billing, EMR/EHR, HL7, HIPAA compliance).
• Proficiency in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management.
• Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Excel, and SQL.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
