Business Analyst – Healthcare

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with 5–6 years of healthcare domain experience, particularly across Member, Provider, and Claims.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand business problems and translate them into clear business and technical requirements.
- Leverage AI tools such as Windsurf and GitHub Copilot to generate, review, and refine technical specifications.
- Create and maintain product roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
- Collaborate with BSAs and product teams to refine user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and effectively implemented.
- Apply AI tools to improve analysis, documentation, and overall product development efficiency.
Required Skills:
- 5–6 years of Business Analysis experience in Healthcare.
- Strong experience with Member, Provider, and Claims processes.
- Technical aptitude with the ability to understand and review technical specifications.
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development/productivity tools such as Windsurf, GitHub Copilot, or similar.
- Experience with user stories, product roadmaps, and requirements gathering.
