Summary: Seeking a skilled Oracle HCM Solutions Consultant for a 100% remote position, responsible for implementing and optimizing Oracle HCM solutions. The role involves collaborating with HR, IT, Payroll, and other business units to translate HR processes into system requirements. Key tasks include solution implementation, business analysis, data analytics, user acceptance testing, data migration, and providing training and support. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud applications and strong analytical and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand HR processes and translate them into system requirements for Oracle HCM modules.
- Lead and support the configuration, customization, testing, and implementation of Oracle HCM solutions.
- Analyze business requirements, perform gap analysis, and propose system enhancements or improvements.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and other analytical tools using Oracle HCM data.
- Perform user acceptance testing (UAT), document issues, and track resolution.
- Assist with data migration activities, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users.
- Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot any Oracle HCM-related issues.
Key Skills:
- 2-3 years of experience as an Oracle HCM Business Analyst, with a strong focus on Oracle HCM Cloud applications.
- Proficient in Oracle HCM modules (Payroll, Time and Labor, Absence, Benefits, Reporting etc).
- Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud, system integrations, and data migration.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and propose effective solutions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Oracle HCM Cloud certifications.
- Functional knowledge of Oracle Cloud Time & Labor, Absence Management, and Payroll.
