Process Analyst - Product & Process Mapping

La Fosse is partnering with a specialist insurance business to recruit a Process Analyst for a business integration programme across its Nordic portfolio.
You'll work closely with subject-matter experts in the Nordics and Europe to understand how products currently operate, map end-to-end processes and document policy administration system requirements. Your work will help shape the integration backlog and provide the foundations for future system enhancements.
Key responsibilities
- Produce end-to-end "as-is" process maps for the global products.
- Document products and associated operational processes.
- Capture business and policy administration system requirements.
- Identify system interactions, dependencies and improvement opportunities.
- Validate documentation with stakeholders across business, operations and technology.
- Support the creation and prioritisation of the integration backlog.
- Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions with business SMEs.
- Build effective relationships across geographically dispersed teams.
Essential experience
- Previous experience within financial services or another regulated sector is essential. Applications without this experience cannot be considered.
- Proven Business or Process Analyst experience within a transformation, integration or change programme.
- Strong process-mapping skills using Visio, Lucidchart, draw.io or similar.
- Experience facilitating workshops and gathering requirements from SMEs.
- Excellent documentation, stakeholder-management and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently across multiple locations and time zones.
- Strong attention to detail.
Desirable experience
- Insurance-sector experience.
- Exposure to policy administration systems.
- M&A, business integration or operating-model transformation experience.
- Product or process mapping across multiple business areas.
This is a fully remote role, and candidates based anywhere in the UK will be considered. part time applicants are also welcome to apply. However, previous financial services or regulated-sector experience is a firm requirement.
