The role involves collaboration with finance and IT teams to enhance various financial processes and implement system solutions. Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with finance teams to enhance OTC, P2P, R2R, and FP&A processes
  • Gather, document, and prioritize business requirements for finance systems
  • Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to design and implement system solutions
  • Create process documentation using BPMN and tools like Visio
  • Support UAT, backlog refinement, and stakeholder management

Key Skills:

  • Strong experience with finance systems and ERP solutions
  • Knowledge of finance processes, reporting, and month-end closures
  • Experience in business transformation and process improvement
  • Strong stakeholder management and ability to work across teams
