Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with finance teams to enhance OTC, P2P, R2R, and FP&A processes
- Gather, document, and prioritize business requirements for finance systems
- Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to design and implement system solutions
- Create process documentation using BPMN and tools like Visio
- Support UAT, backlog refinement, and stakeholder management
Key Skills:
- Strong experience with finance systems and ERP solutions
- Knowledge of finance processes, reporting, and month-end closures
- Experience in business transformation and process improvement
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to work across teams
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, Change Management, and BPMN
