The role of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Analyst will be instrumental in supporting an end client, analysing business requirements and enhance operations using Dynamics 365 CE, F &O and CRM.
The role involves business process mapping, developing BI reporting with Power BI and SSRS and implementing automation solutions with Power Automate.
You will work closely within a team and support the end client/stakeholders, ensuring the Dynamics 365 solutions aligns with business needs and supports the company's strategic goals.
Role responsibilities:
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business processes and requirements, translating them into Dynamics 365 system designs and solutions.
- Conduct business process mapping to identify opportunities for improvement and define solution requirements.
- Develop and manage BI reports and dashboards using Power BI and SSRS to provide actionable insights for decision-making
- Implement automation solutions using Microsoft Flow (Power Automate) to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
- Leverage Dynamics 365 SDK for custom development and integration of solutions tailored to business needs.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions.
- Maintain documentation of business processes, requirements, and functional specifications for ongoing reference and compliance.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in the Dynamics 365 ecosystem to recommend improvements and innovations.
Skills and experience:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 and related technologies.
- Experience with SQL for data querying and management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
