Summary: The role of Business Analyst focuses on contributing to a significant transformation project for case management systems within a leading law firm. The position requires end-to-end business analysis experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to simplify technical jargon. The role is a 12-month fixed-term contract with remote working options available in the UK. The successful candidate will engage with stakeholders to analyze business challenges and support solution delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse current business challenges, gathering data and insights to support change initiatives and roadmap priorities
  • Produce clear business analysis and requirements documentation, including detailed acceptance criteria
  • Facilitate workshops to capture, refine, and validate business requirements with key stakeholders
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to understand business needs and support solution delivery
  • Map and improve business processes using BPMN methodologies
  • Support impact assessments and business case development by analysing costs, benefits, and financial implications

Key Skills:

  • Experience working within project or change delivery environments, with strong coordination and organisational capabilities
  • Comfortable operating across different delivery approaches, including Agile and Waterfall methodologies
  • Knowledge of the legal sector or experience working within regulated industries
  • Experience supporting teams through business change initiatives, including the use of change frameworks and tools
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related business applications
  • Experience working on Large transformation projects previously relating to case management systems or similar.

My client, a leading law firm, are looking for a Business Analyst to come in and contribute to a large scale transformation of their case management systems. We are looking for someone who who holds end to end BA experience, strong communications skills and has the ability to simplify technical jargon.
