Summary: This role is for a Business Analyst specializing in the credit card and payments domain, based in Glasgow with remote working options. The position involves leading the Discovery Phase for credit card integration, performing functional analysis, and defining business requirements. The analyst will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support the integration roadmap and target operating model design.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Discovery Phase for the credit card integration workstream, ensuring a structured approach to understanding business needs, system capabilities, and gaps.
  • Analyse and compare credit card products, features, processes, and customer journeys across both organisations.
  • Perform detailed functional analysis across core credit card domains such as payments, billing, transactions, authorisations, limits, collections, rewards, and customer servicing.
  • Assess system and feature differences between the two banks, identifying integration challenges, dependencies, and opportunities for consolidation.
  • Define and document business requirements, functional specifications, use cases, and process flows.
  • Support designing target operating model and overall integration roadmap.
  • Facilitate workshops, requirement walkthroughs, and design discussions with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Support creation of integration roadmap, highlighting sequencing, risks, and decision points.
