Business Analyst – Commercial P&C Insurance / MGA (Sure Commercial Implementation Experience Mandatory)

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst with strong Commercial Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance and MGA domain expertise to support the implementation of Sure Commercial.

Key Requirements

• 8+ years of Business Analysis experience
• Strong Commercial P&C insurance and MGA domain knowledge
• End-to-end MGA underwriting lifecycle: submissions, appetite, eligibility, risk assessment, rating, quote, bind, policy issuance, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations
• Experience with commercial insurance platforms and implementations
• Strong skills in BRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, functional specifications, and process flows
• Experience with configuration, fit-gap analysis, SIT, UAT, and Agile/Scrum
• Client-facing communication and stakeholder management
• Knowledge of insurance integrations, REST APIs, JSON/XML, and rating engines is a plus

Someone with hands-on experience supporting MGA or specialty insurance implementations and a strong understanding of commercial underwriting workflows.
