Summary: The role of Business Analyst focuses on supporting transformation initiatives related to CAFM or Property Systems, specifically within facilities management and contract lifecycle management. The successful candidate will lead discovery and improvement initiatives, ensuring system performance and process alignment across business functions. This position requires strong stakeholder engagement and the ability to work independently across multiple workstreams. The role is remote but may require occasional attendance at client sites in Solihull or London.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead discovery and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system capability and adoption.
  • Identify optimisation opportunities within the deployed Invida platform.
  • Map and document existing and future-state processes to improve user experience.
  • Strengthen integrations between Invida or similar CAFM and other core systems, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Business Central.
  • Engage with stakeholders across facilities, finance, and IT to capture requirements and define priorities.
  • Conduct discovery sessions with key business stakeholders to capture requirements for Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM).
  • Complete detailed process mapping and gap analysis to inform vendor selection.
  • Support the business case development for solution implementation.
  • Collaborate with procurement and project teams during vendor evaluation and selection.
  • Provide ongoing business analysis support throughout delivery to ensure requirements traceability and value realisation.

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst on Facilities Management / Property system.
  • Strong understanding of process mapping, requirements elicitation, and documentation.
  • Demonstrable experience in system integration projects, ideally with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Business Central) or similar ERP/finance systems.
  • Ability to work independently across multiple workstreams and stakeholder groups.

Business Analyst (CAFM or Property System) Location: Remote (Client site is Solihull, Birmingham - Sometimes, projects might require you to attend or facilitate meetings/workshops in Solihull (Head Office) or other satellite offices. typically London) Contract Length: 6 months initial Rate: £450 per day, Outside IR35 Start Date: ASAP Overview We’re seeking an experienced Contract Business Analyst with demonstable experience with a CAFM or Property System to support two concurrent transformation initiatives. Note - This org has a considerable property estate. Facilities Management System ( Invida - an estates and facilities software platform, designed for the owners and operators of property portfolios of all type, size and complexity) – Continuous improvement and integration optimisation. Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) – Newly approved project entering discovery. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring both projects deliver measurable operational value, improved system performance, and stronger process alignment across business functions.

Key Responsibilities Facilities Management (Invida): Lead discovery and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system capability and adoption.
