Summary: Our client, a top-tier consultancy, is seeking a Business Analyst with expertise in BPMN Process Mapping. The role involves engaging with stakeholders to document business requirements and mapping processes using BPMN 2.0. The ideal candidate will lead workshops, identify workflow inefficiencies, and support process improvement initiatives within Agile teams. Experience in the public sector or government digital services is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with stakeholders to gather, define, and document business requirements.
- Map current ("as-is") and future-state ("to-be") processes using BPMN 2.0.
- Lead and facilitate workshops to elicit information and validate processes.
- Work closely with Service Designers, Product Owners, and Technical Architects.
- Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements in workflows and systems.
- Support the delivery of process improvements and change initiatives.
- Contribute to sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming in Agile teams.
Key Skills:
- Strong experience as a Business Analyst in complex digital environments.
- Hands-on experience in BPMN process mapping (using tools like Signavio, Lucidchart, Visio, etc.).
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum teams.
- Ability to produce clear and concise documentation including user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Previous experience in the public sector or government digital services (GDS) is highly desirable.
