Key Responsibilities:

- Possess hands-on experience with NDC (New Distribution Capability) and airline order management practices.
- Engage with key stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable functional specifications.
- Lead workshops and meetings to ensure clarity and alignment between business requirements and technical solutions.
- Create comprehensive documentation, including business cases, process maps, and user narratives.
- Contribute to project management by providing valuable insights and recommendations throughout various stages of the projects.
- Stay informed of industry advancements and best practices to ensure relevant and effective solutions.
Key Skills:
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Business Analyst role, particularly within the aviation sector or a related field.
- Thorough understanding of business analysis techniques and tools.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate effective stakeholder engagement.
- Proficient in developing detailed documentation and comprehensive reports.
- Able to function both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
